What is a bulk / volume order?
A volume order is an order of $3000 or more. To request a quote, please call or email us with the request. You can also send us a fax. Volume pricing is different from resale pricing. Business and organizations wishing to resell products please read our page on resale information. If you are ready to order simply give us a call during regular business hours.
How do I get a bulk price?
To receive a quote, please call during normal business hours or email us anytime. If you are ready to order simply call to place the order.
Now that I have a quote how do I get the special price?
Volume orders must be placed over the phone unless specified in the quote. You may need to provide the quote number during your order.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Prepayment by check or wire transfer also available. Net 30 accounts can be set up when credit information is supplied and approved. Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and educational institutions are automatically approved for credit. We require a formal purchase order and cannot process purchase requisitions. Payment must be made in US funds on a US bank. We do not ship to accounts that have overdue invoices. International volume purchases are prepaid.
What information is needed in order to place an order?
If you would like to place an order, please call us during normal business hours with the following information:
Name, phone number, company/institution (if applicable)
Ship-to address
Ship-to phone number
Payment information; Credit card / purchase order information
Items being purchased
How much is shipping and handling?
Depending on the order, many volume orders ship on a skid via truck. It is generally less expensive than shipping individual boxes. We can usually give you a quote for shipping via truck quickly, however, if you require it to ship UPS we will only be able to give you a rough estimate. UPS rates vary depending on size and weight of boxes, once your order is packaged you will charged the actual shipping costs. International shipments are available.
Can I have a bulk order ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Simply provide addresses and the quantity to be sent to each, however, an additional handling fee will apply in addition to regular shipping/handling charges.
How long will it take to ship the items?
If we have the items in stock they will ship within 1-3 business days. Some or all of your order may ship from a another location. If the item is not in stock, we will let you know your approximate delivery date.
How long is a bulk price quote valid?
Price quotes are valid for 30 days.
Is a bulk order returnable?
Yes. Volume orders are returnable within 30 days. Credit will be issued when items are returned and evaluated. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to opened and unused items. Used items cannot be returned. Defective items are returnable.
Can I pick up my bulk order from your warehouse?
Yes. Bulk purchases may be picked up from our Lisle, Illinois warehouse.
