This rugged, all metal construction, waterproof machine lamp head provides excellent illumination in tough and wet locations. Engineered to deliver intensified, bright white Halogen light to meet the needs of demanding shop environments, it features a rubber boot switch, sealed from liquids, and an oil and water resistant SJTO power supply cord. This light meets the rigorous standards of UL listing and NEMA Type 4 certification (hose down, icing and gaskets application), which makes it ideal for CNC and EDM wet location machinery, lathes, milling, metal-working and tool manufacturing. The heavy gauge aluminum shade is precision machined to fit a vented inner chamber which eliminates heat build-up, providing added comfort to the operator while maintaining water tight features. With its short arm and built-in adjustable positive locking zinc cast swivel it’s a perfect choice for enclosed or tight spaces. Since no transformer is supplied with this unit, it must be hard wired to an external power source. 5 year warranty.
